NVF is a great organization to have your high schooler volunteer for. Our goal is to teach the younger generation the skills that are necessary to have a successful future and to create new connections through our various events. Your children will also have the opportunity to earn their community service credits. Additionally, you, parents of any future NVF volunteers, are also welcome to volunteer with your child. We hope that not only volunteers create strong bonds with other kids their age, but they can also strengthen their relationship with you.

What is a non-profit organization?
A non-profit organization is a non-business entity that is operated for a collective, public or social benefit.
Will NVF write recommendation letter?
NVF is happy to provide the recommendation letter for the hard working students.
Who makes the higher level decisions?
The board of directors.
- A chairperson who serves as the leader of the board.
- A vice-chair who supports the chairperson.
- A secretary who manages the logistical aspects of running a board of directors effectively.
- A treasurer who oversees the financial aspects to our organization.
Why should the students join NVF?
NVF is a place to teach the youth of our community the knowledge and skills they will need to be successful in the future. They also get to experience real world jobs.
At the same time, they can use the volunteer hours for their college applications, and we help our youth with their recommendation letters.
Who manages day-to-day tasks?
The internal management team will handle the day-to-day task.
